You can delete your UserCrowd account at any time from your settings.
Deleting your account is a permanent move and you won't be able to sign up to UserCrowd again. For this reason, you might prefer to pause notifications so that you can resume taking tests in the future—you can do that from your notification settings.
How to delete your UserCrowd account
From your dashboard, click the Settings button in the top right
Select Account settings from the dropdown menu
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete account
You will be asked to confirm the deletion—if you'd like to proceed, click Permanently delete my account

What happens to the credits I've earned?
When you delete your account, you will lose any credits you have earned. If your balance is $10.00 or more, you can request a payout, but you'll need to wait until you have received the funds into your Paypal account before closing your UserCrowd account.
Can I sign up again in the future?
No. Once you've deleted your account, you will not be able to sign up to UserCrowd again. If you just want to take a break from testing, you may want to turn off notifications instead.
What happens to my personal information?
Once you delete your account, all of your personal information will be removed from our servers.
