As a member of UserCrowd, you have a tester rating based on the quality of your responses. More tests are assigned to panelists with higher ratings, so in order to get more tests, the single most important thing you can do is give high-quality and thoughtful feedback on every test you take.

This rating will be displayed on your dashboard, ranging from 1 to 5 stars, which reflects the consistency and detail of your feedback:

Your star rating will not appear until you have completed and received feedback on at least 5 tests. Until then, your rating will show as “Pending.”

How is my rating calculated?

Your rating is calculated based on the grades given to each and every one of your test responses by our quality review team. All responses are reviewed by a real person.

Cursory or rushed answers will have a negative impact on your rating, and very low-quality responses will quickly result in a very low rating.

See our response quality guidelines for more information on what we consider to be a high-quality response.

What can I do if my rating has dropped?

You can increase your rating by providing high-quality responses on future tests, and can even return to a 5-star rating over time.

What should I do if I think my rating is incorrect?

If your rating has dipped just below 5 stars you don't necessarily need to worry—you'll continue to be assigned tests.

You can contact our support team if you feel that your rating is incorrect. Our support team can provide some information to help you provide higher-quality responses, but we do not typically revise tester ratings based on these requests.
